Late arrivals will be rescheduled with the applicable fee. In the event of a reschedule, we will do our best, but cannot guarantee the same venue or date.
Our bridal suite is not available for changing. You must arrive dressed & ready.
Marriage license limousine and photo viewing transportation services are not available on premium dates.

On New Year’s Eve, chapel packages start at $259, outdoor packages at $499, and drive-thru weddings at $189. If you want to walk down the aisle just before the stroke of midnight, we offer a special all-inclusive New Year's package for $2,026.

Is it more expensive to get married in Las Vegas on New Year’s Eve?

Yes, all wedding and vow renewal packages are $100 more than normal on premium days like New Year’s Eve or New Year’s Day.

Are Las Vegas wedding venues open on New Year’s Eve and day?
Yes, Las Vegas wedding venues like Vegas Weddings, A Little White Wedding Chapel, Viva Las Vegas Wedding Chapel, and Silver Bells Wedding Chapel are open 365 days a year.

Do I need a marriage license for a New Year’s Eve wedding in Las Vegas?

Yes, anybody who wants to have a legal marriage must obtain a marriage license in Clark County no matter the date. The Marriage License Bureau is open every single day of the year, including holidays like New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day.

How far in advance should I book a New Year’s Eve wedding in Las Vegas?

For New Year’s Eve, earlier is better. We recommend booking several months in advance if you want a prime evening slot. To ring in the New Year by saying “I do” at the stroke of midnight, keep in mind those spots are very limited — for example, Vegas Weddings only offers five spots with a special package.

What are the challenges of getting married on New Year’s Eve in Las Vegas?

With Vegas Weddings, you don’t need to worry — we’ve been doing this for over 20 years, and what might feel like a challenge anywhere else is something we’ve already planned for. The biggest issue in Las Vegas on New Year’s Eve is crowds and traffic, since the Strip is closed to vehicles in the evening. We know the routes, we know what to expect, and we’ll guide you so everything runs smoothly.

Another consideration is that some packages normally include extras like limousine service for picking up your marriage license or coming back to view photos, but those services are not available on premium days like New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day. Also, while many couples enjoy viewing their photos on the same day, photo-viewing appointments will need to be scheduled in the days that follow.

Will my guests be able to attend a New Year’s Eve wedding in Las Vegas?

Absolutely, but remind your guests to book flights and hotels early, as prices and availability tighten closer to the holiday. For guests who can’t make it, Vegas Weddings offers livestreaming so loved ones can still join the celebration from anywhere in the world.

Can I have a wedding reception on New Year’s Eve in Las Vegas?

Yes, Vegas Weddings would be delighted to plan and host your wedding reception. Just keep in mind, most all-inclusive wedding ceremony and reception packages normally include limousine service to get your marriage license. That will not be available on New Year’s Eve or New Year’s Day ceremonies. Also, the DJ that would be included in your package will be substituted for a $300 enhancement credit.
