Everybody (U.S. and foreign citizens) will need the first 3 forms.
  1. Las Vegas Marriage License
  2. Certified Las Vegas Marriage License
  3. Certified Abstract of Marriage Certificate

If you are planning to adopt or dealing with INS (Immigration & Naturalization Service) you will need form 4. Certified Las Vegas Marriage Certificate.

Non-U.S. or foreign citizens will most likely need to obtain form 5. Apostille. However, we suggest you check with your local officials for special documents that may be needed to ensure the marriage will be recognized in their country.
